Not working! Need urgent fixing

As other users commented.. I copied the track number from the email I received by DHL.. And pasted it in app.. The app showed no result.. But in the DHL website it worked..

Im wondering, many many users commented on that.. Why theres no working URGENTLY to fix this issue..

One benefit I got from this, I keep looking for app works fine with almost all courier services.. I found an amazing one.. Not only paste the track number and choose the courier service.. The app can detect your courier service automatically!
