Yes this app does not work, cannot find anything. Totally useless. Shame DHL, and seems you dont mind at all as this app is still here without any update

I have tried this for over a year and have never been able to track a package with it. The package shows up at my door before anything will post on this app

This app literally does nothing. It does not work. It does not track.

It is a waste of time. They are simply well behind Fedex or UPS.

I would rather a company not publish anything at all then waste my time on the hope that their app might work.

I have an idea, lets create an app that wont track our packages

Please try to work on it and fix it or remove it from apple store.

All this does is search packages and open the details in Safari (browser). Whats the point of having an App then?

The App works well in tracking packages, but why does it report the more detailed information requested using another App, an Internet browser? Shouldnt the D.H.L. App be able to report the D.H.L. data from the D.H.L. sources directly?

I copied and pasted my tracking number from my email and the app says it cant find the tracking but when I go to their website all the information is there.
