Why put an app on the App Store if it doesnt even work?

This app looks like it was developed by a person who was learning xcode (iphones language), and then was fired by DHL headquarters, is incomplete and never find any tracking number, Dont bother...use their online web tracking page....you welcome.

Dont waste your time to download and use it.

As other users commented.. I copied the track number from the email I received by DHL.. And pasted it in app.. The app showed no result.. But in the DHL website it worked.. Im wondering, many many users commented on that.. Why theres no working URGENTLY to fix this issue.. One benefit I got from this, I keep looking for app works fine with almost all courier services.. I found an amazing one.. Not only paste the track number and choose the courier service.. The app can detect your courier service automatically! Its - hold your breath - ParcelTrack

Doesnt find package. But if I click link on website magically it comes up.

Didnt want to keep searching through my email and track it, more convenient to have it as an app and save the number just like any other tracking app, like usps, ups, fedex, etc... But this app doesnt even work -_-

It was working fine but now it kept showing "no result"

This has to be one of the worst tracking apps available. Its been unable to find any DHL shipments thus far. Online lookup shows the progress - the app states the shipment doesnt exist.

It doesnt work at all after input tracking number ! But the tracking is valid on website ! Waste of time and mislead information Not working at all even rated more than a month ! DHL no point to develop this APP and no one monitor and support the improve it !

Yep DHL is not Fedex. This App says it all!

Copied my tracking number from e-mail and pasted in to the tracking field but app shows no results. The tracking number works fine in the web based DHL tracking page. Dont waste your time on this app!

I downloaded this app (crap) over a year ago and it was useless then so I deleted it. Downloaded today thinking that surely they had fixed the app, but NO, still useless. DELETED IMMEDIATELY!!!

I ordered a package from India and wanted to track it. When I entered the tracking number it didnt even recognize it. I then downloaded another app with great reviews that tracks packages from all over the world and within 60 seconds I had the status in hand. This was useless. Trashed it.

I can track DHL packages in other apps, but not in the DHL app! Needs urgent fix.

The app reported the status of my package, using the waybill number, with no problem. But I couldnt save the number or set up notifications. As others have mentioned, for the tracking details you are taken to the DHL website that is not designed for viewing on mobile devices.

It didnt recognize my tracking number, and thats literally its only job. I used a third party app which worked perfectly.
